Included in the kit is a resin ground sleeve which the pole then fits inside ( recommended size of hole for sleeve is 24" deep x 10"). The ground sleeve means the erection and dismantling of the pole is easy. The top of the pole has a gold metal ball finial which also holds the truck, enabling the flag to raised and lowered with ease, a cleat near the bottom of the pole ensures the flag stays in place when flying.
