How to Activate Your Nöa & Nani 10-Year Bed Frame Warranty

To qualify for the Nöa & Nani Extended Warranty, please ensure you meet the following conditions:

  • Your bed frame must be purchased on or after 01.10.2025
  • You must register your product within 4 months of purchase on our official website: www.noaandnani.co.uk.
  • Your registration must be confirmed by Nöa & Nani.
  • You must agree to receive our newsletters and product information emails.

Information Required for Registration

When registering your bed frame, please have the following details ready:

  • Your full name (first and last)
  • Address
  • A valid email address
  • Purchase date
  • Model name or number and purchase date

Please note:

Only bed frames are covered under the 10-year extended warranty.

If your contact information changes during the warranty period, please notify us at support@noaandnani.co.uk to keep your warranty valid.

Once your registration has been reviewed, Nöa & Nani will confirm your warranty.

Items Not Covered by the Nöa & Nani Extended Warranty

The Nöa & Nani 10-Year Extended Warranty applies only to bed frames. The following are not covered:

  • Mattresses (covered separately under a 5-year warranty)
  • Fabric or upholstered items (including cushions, tents, storage boxes, etc.)
  • Decorative accessories or bedroom décor
  • Other furniture not classified as bed frames
  • Discontinued models or accessories

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The Nöa & Nani Extended Warranty is designed for private, non-commercial use only and applies solely to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable and must be registered within 4 months of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Theft, loss, or transport damage
  • Assembly, disassembly, or labour costs
  • Damage resulting from incorrect assembly or failure to follow care instructions
  • Repairs or servicing carried out by unauthorised parties
  • Noise, creaks, or sounds arising from natural material properties
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, liquids, or environmental factors
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., surface marks, fading, or age-related changes)
  • Customised or modified products (e.g., if parts are shortened, drilled, or altered)

Any modification to your bed frame will immediately void the warranty.

Legal Warranty and Additional Coverage

All Nöa & Nani products come with a standard 1-year legal warranty within the UK , ensuring that your product performs as reasonably expected in terms of quality and function.

The Nöa & Nani 10-Year Extended Warranty is a free, voluntary manufacturer’s warranty providing additional protection against material or manufacturing defects in bed frames for up to 10 years, or for as long as the model remains in production (whichever is shorter).

If your bed frame is discontinued, Nöa & Nani may:

  • Offer an equivalent replacement part or model, or
  • Decline compensation if a suitable replacement is unavailable.

Only spare parts are provided under this warranty.

Nöa & Nani is not responsible for installation, removal, or assembly costs related to warranty claims.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your bed frame issue is covered under warranty:

  1. Document the issue clearly, including photos and a detailed description.
  2. Email us at support@noaandnani.co.uk with:
  3. Your warranty confirmation
  4. Proof of purchase
  5. A description and evidence of the defect

Our customer service team will review your claim and provide guidance on the next steps.
