We deliver to all UK mainland. We are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK.
Yes, of course! There is an option for next day delivery & named day delivery at the checkout, but our cut off time is 9am (On a working day).
Unfortunately once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the delivery address on your order.
Our standard delivery is a minimum of 7-14 days. We do offer an upgraded named day delivery service which we recommend for expedited deliveries.

Our courier company will leave a calling card and will most likely attempt the next working day. But we strongly recommend (to avoid disappointment) that you use an address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery – like a work address.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer this - but delivery to any UK mainland address is available.
If you are not going to be available at the time provided, no problem you can use your tracking number to contact the courier to amend this or if you drop us an email we can advise further for you.

All goods are delivered flat-packed for home assembly, as such in the event of a return the goods need to be packaged flat-packed for the return of the goods. In the original packaging. In some instances we will accept the items not in the original packaging however the items will not be collected fully assembled, they will need to be disassembled, packaged in suitable packaging cardboard), and sealed for the return transit. We have the right to refuse the return of goods if not suitably packaged.
Any item that arrives with damage or is the incorrect item can of course be returned for free.
If you simply do not like the item when it arrives, or is no longer required, as per Distance Selling Regulations, you do have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (the item must be returned in an unused state) and will incur a charge. You are also welcome to book your own return, we recommend sites such as Parcel Monkey or Parcel2go. Once booked if you can let us know the tracking details, this will be much easier to locate once returned for a refund.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange, if you have ordered the wrong item, the order would need to be returned back to us and a new order placed on the website.

Products & Assembly
All our items come supplied flat pack and require home assembly, they come with instructions on how to do this.
Our prices are subject to change therefore we can not any amend the price before or after the order has been placed.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an assembly service.
No! Please follow the instructions carefully and use the recommended tools, using power drills can cause the wood to split.
There are no pre-drilled holes on the bed frame as the tower is universal and can be assembled anywhere. It will require force when assembling onto the frame.
Our cabin beds are suitable for ages 3-10 years!
We try to hold everything in stock but if it’s not immediately available, you will see that the item says pre-order and there will be a lead time beneath the product if this is not available there will be an option to sign up for a stock notification on the product, to update you once available.
We may decide to change or discontinue products at any time and at our sole discretion and due to these facts, we cannot guarantee that every product will always be available. If the product you have ordered cannot be supplied to you, you will be notified and we will process a refund for you.
The cabin beds are designed for children aged 3-10 years and our Bunk Beds/Highsleepers are designed for age 5-13 years. They are not designed for adults.

We do not provide samples, all our items are sent from our supplier secured ready to leave the warehouse.
It does - our standard product warranty covers your furniture against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from purchase.

Yes, our products are tested to British Safety Standards EN747.
Noa & Nani products, are tested for normalload-bearing capacity for domestic use according to European standards. Please refer to our assembly instructions or reach out to our customer service team email@example.com if you would like to know the weight limit on a specific bed.
