    When Will My Order Arrive?

    All orders are processed within 24 working hours of the order being received. Delivery will vary depending on the delivery method selected. In most cases the items will be sent out on a national courier service, we will send out the tracking information, so it is important you include an up to date phone number and email address.

    Economy Delivery

    Your order will be dispatched with either XDP or DPD depending on the size of your item. Economy delivery takes 7-14 working days to arrive and is a doorstep delivery service only. Please note if you live in an apartment block the driver will only deliver the the entrance of the building. If you do not wish for the goods to be left outside the property in the event of a missed delivery please select Express/Next/Named Day.

    You'll get a text and email the evening before to let you know it's due for arrival the next day. On the morning of the delivery, our couriers will send you another text with a delivery slot. Please note: packaging won't be taken away by the carrier. You can track your delivery with DPD here or with XDP here

    Note - Goods may well be received on different days, couriers or deliveries within the 7-14 day delivery time frame.

    Next Day/Name Day Delivery - Small Items

    *Please be aware, if the order is placed on Friday after 9am, the item will not be dispatched until Monday for delivery Tuesday.

    Your order will be delivered the next working day if the order is completed before 9am, the item will be sent via DPD.

    Goods will not be left without a signature and will be delivered inside the property. You will receive multiple notifications in advance of the delivery. On the morning of the delivery, DPD will send you another text with a 1-hour delivery slot. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date, leave it with your favourite neighbour or send it to a local depot for collection. Please note: packaging won't be taken away by the carrier. You can track your delivery with DPD here

    Next Day / Name Day Delivery - Large Items

    *Please be aware, if the order is placed on Friday after 9am, the item will not be dispatched until Monday for delivery Tuesday.

    Your order will be delivered the next working day if the order is completed before 9 am, the item will be sent via Panther Logistics. Panther Logistics specialise in a 2-man service and will deliver the item to a room of choice.

    Goods will not be left without a signature and will be delivered inside the property. You will receive multiple notifications in advance of the delivery. Upon dispatch of the item, the item will be booked in for delivery on the next available working day. You'll get a text and email the evening before to let you know it's due for arrival the next day. On the morning of the delivery, Panther Logistics will send you another text with a 2-hour delivery slot, and a message when they are one drop away. Upon delivery Panther Logistics will deliver the order to a room of choice. Please note: packaging won't be taken away by the carrier. You are able to re-book and track your delivery here

    Weekend Delivery

    Pre-Order Delivery

    Due to shipping and production delays we only have limited quantities available of popular products. Items will be dispatched as soon as the item arrives in the warehouse. We will keep you updated throughout with the likely delivery date and when the item is ready to be delivered we will upgrade the delivery service for free, to an express delivery service. If any items are ordered with the pre-delivery item they will be sent immediately not with the pre-delivery item. 

    Non-Mainland UK Delivery

    We provide a paid shipping service for deliveries to Non-Mainland UK at a cost of £100, with an estimated delivery time of 10-14 working days. This option must be chosen for any delivery outside of mainland UK. Failure to select this option will result in the cancellation and refund of your order.

    Unfortunately due to an increased rate of damage in transit by customers using freight forwarding companies, we are unable to deliver to freight forwarders that ship onwards outside mainland UK. For example Ship2Man for services to Isle of Man, if these forwarding addresses are selected we will have to cancel the order.

    Delivery FAQ's

    We Offer Free Delivery to all Mainland UK on our Economy delivery service please bear in mind that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands will take a little longer than normal deliveries. For deliveries to the Scottish Islands, N.Ireland and the Channel Islands just select non-mainland from the drop-down menu, there is a delivery fee typically for these services.

    Our standard Free Economy delivery service is 7 - 14 days delivery. Economy is a standard doorstep delivery service and is not delivered inside the property. 

    Our expedited delivery services including Next Day delivery are the fastest delivery option and they are a room of choice delivery. 

    Unfortunately our courier service only delivers Monday - Friday exlcuding bank holidays. We do offer a weekend service for an additional charge.

    I know it’s exciting when a delivery arrives but just in case there are any issues.

    1. Check for any signs of damage before you accept and sign for the delivery

    2. Keep original packaging in case you need to return the item

    3. Make sure you want it before you assemble it

    If you intend to use the services of an independent installer to assemble your furniture, we strongly recommend that you do not book their services until your order has arrived in full and only after you have checked the condition of the furniture and you are happy that you have everything you need. Noa and Nani will not reimburse any installation fees or any other third party service arranged by the customer.

    If you have placed an order and haven't received confirmation please check your junk folder as sometimes our mail can find itself here. If you still do not have any confirmation email please contact our customer services team here: Support@noaandnani.co.uk and they can confirm your order for you.

    If your item has exceeded the delivery date please contact our customer service team here: support@noaandnani.co.uk. Our customer service team will be happy to chase this up for you.

    Unfortunately once the order has been dispatched the address is unable to be changed, the order will need to be stopped and refunded, you will then be able to place your new order with the correct address.

    In very rare cases, our couriers experience a few hiccups and communication issues. The problem is most likely due to IT tracking issues, or they may have left your delivery with a neighbour. If you still haven't been able to track it down, please contact our customer service team here: support@noaandnani.co.uk and we can sort this for you. We may request you sign a non-receipt form to confirm you haven't received the item. 

    Please note goods not received need to be highlighted to us within 120 days. We are unable to investigate goods not received outside of the 120 day period.

    Of course! Once you receive your tracking information our couriers will contact you to update you on your delivery, you will be able to provide additional delivery instructions here. However, please note our couriers are not authorised to leave orders without a signature. 

    No worries! If you do miss the delivery our couriers will attempt with a neighbour, if they are still unable to deliver they will either attempt the next working day or leave a calling card and contact you to re-arrange the delivery.

    We do not authorise any goods to be left safe, as we are not liable for any theft or damage to the item.

    Yes, normally we do advise the delivery needs to be signed for, however during covid they have limited this. We would expect once restrictions are lifted normal procedure will resume. 

    Unfortunately, the courier is not responsible for disposing of the packaging.

    Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. 

    Please refuse the delivery once it arrives the courier will return the item, however, if you change your mind and would like to keep the item please let us know and we can authorise payment.

    If your order has arrived damaged, you are welcome to refuse the order. However if you would like to accept delivery and later find the product unsatisfactory, please contact us and we can resolve this for you.
