Return Information
We have the utmost confidence in our products and are proud of our happy, loyal customer base. However, we understand that sometimes buying on the internet is tricky, therefore, we do offer a 30 day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow our simple, three-step return guide:
1: Check for any signs of damage before you accept and sign for the delivery.
2: Make sure you definitely want the item(s) before you assemble! Please also keep the original packaging in case you decide to return your purchase.
3: Complete our returns form below to let us know you’d like to return your item(s) and we can take it from there.
If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect item purchased, customers, are liable for the return cost. All items come flat packed and required home assembly, retain all packaging until goods have been assembled in case of need to return. If goods need to be returned they will need to be disassembled and packaged in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, then other suitable packaging must be used to ensure the goods are able to be collected.
In many instances we will be able to replace specific parts, however in some cases where individual replacement parts are required these may not be available. In such instances a complete replacement item may be sent or swapped over due to the logistics set up.
Please note goods not received need to be highlighted to us within 120 days. We are unable to investigate goods not received outside of the 120 day period.
All goods should be checked when received. If items are missing parts they must be reported to us within 60 days of the receipt of the goods. If you are purchasing the goods and plan to use them at a future date (beyond the 60-day period) then we would strongly recommend opening the boxes and checking the contents against the assembly instructions. Any claim of missing parts outside of the 60-day period will not be able to be dealt with.
Faulty or damaged goods will require returning, do not dispose of any goods without contacting us first to request a return, we are unable to reimburse or replace goods that have been disposed of.

Absolutely, if you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get the cancellation processed.
If the item has not been dispatched then we will process the cancellation and the refund immediately. If the order has been dispatched, we will request a stop and return with the courier. We are reliant on the courier actioning this stop and return, so in some cases they may still attempt delivery, simply refuse the delivery and this will be returned back to us, Once the goods have been received at our warehouse a full refund will be issued.
When the goods are received it is important to inspect the full order before assembling. If there is any damaged /missing parts, please send us a photo along with the part number(s) required and we can issue replacement parts. If you are not planning on opening the order due to other circumstances, we strongly advise checking the goods as soon as possible to ensure that any error can be rectified within the return period and in a timely manner.
If you do not wish to receive replacements, the item will need to be packaged up securely in the original packaging and the return form below should be completed and we can start the return process for you.
If you have received the wrong item, please send a photo of the description along the side of the box and complete the form below and we can get the correct item sent out for you immediately.
If you wish to return the order due to change of mind, you will be liable for the return. You can either arrange your own return, we recommend comparison sites such as Parcel2go and Parcel Monkey. Alternatively, if you would like us to arrange the collection, drop us an email and we advise the return cost for that order. The item will need to be packaged in the original packaging.
The order will need to be returned within 30 days of purchase.
All returns are processed through our warehouse, as soon as the goods are received they will be checked and processed, once they are processed the refund will be actioned. The refund will typically take from 1 to 10 working days to be received into your bank account. If you have not received after 10 days then please do not hesitate to get in contact
If you no longer have the original packaging, the item can be returned in other packaging that is suitable for the return transit. Once ready, just send us a photo and we can confirm this is suitable, and book the collection. This is to ensure that there are no refused collections from the couriers as there are cases where collections are booked in and the couriers then refuse the goods due to the item still being built or not in suitable packaging. We have the right to refuse the return of goods if not suitably packaged.
