All orders are processed on the same day as the order is received. Delivery will vary depending on the Delivery method selected.. In most cases the items will be sent out on a national courier service, we will send out the tracking information, so it is important you include an up to date phone number and email address.
Our standard Free Economy delivery service is up to 21 days delivery.Economy is a standard doorstep delivery service and is not delivered inside the property.
Our expedited delivery services including Next Day and Named Day delivery are the fastest delivery option and they are a room of choice delivery.

Order before 12pm for our named day delivery service (Only available for England & Wales) if the item is not delivered on the day we will refund the fee. Please be aware that named Day Service is available for England postcodes only at this time. We currently are unable to offer named day to Scotland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands N.Ireland and Ireland.

We have great confidence in our products and have many happy buyers, but we understand that sometimes buying on the internet is tricky and you may change your mind after purchasing the goods this is never a problem at Noa and Nani. Just email us at email@example.com with a cancellation request and we will cancel the order and the delivery.
If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition. In instances where there is change of mind the item can be sent back to us for a refund, in these cases the return cost is paid for by the customer, we can also arrange collection of the goods (there is a charge for this service).
By original condition we mean:
• You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price
• You haven’t used the product
• The product contains no personal data and isn’t registered to a user.
Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of purchase. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you had it delivered and your item is faulty or damaged by us (during the delivery process), you’ll get the choice of a repair, replacement or refund. If you opt for a refund, we will arrange for the item to be collected. In instances where the item is deemed by the buyer to be faulty we do require a photo or video evidence in order to facilitate the return and refund of the item. After 30 days, if the product is faulty, we’ll assess what’s wrong and then we’ll repair or replace the part in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. However, after 6 months we might need you to prove that it was faulty at the time when you bought it, collected it or had it delivered.
We’re afraid wear and tear isn’t included.
Please where possible retain the packaging in case of the need to return the goods. In facilitating the return of goods where a collection is required in some cases we may request a photo of the packaged goods in order to proceed with the collection.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a payment will be made via PayPal (except in the case of a full or part purchase of goods using a Gift Card, as detailed below).
I know it’s exciting when a delivery arrives but just in case there are any issues.

The simple answer is, providing the goods have not been shipped; yes, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. If the goods have already been shipped, you can reject delivery of your order; any refunds (if due) will be made once the goods have been received back into our warehouse (less the delivery charge). If you have received the goods and then changed your mind, you have 14 days in which to notify us and return the item yourself.
If you intend to use the services of an independent installer to assemble your furniture, we strongly recommend that you do not book their services until your order has arrived in full and only after you have checked the condition of the furniture and you are happy that you have everything you need. Noa and Nani will not reimburse any installation fees or any other third party service arranged by the customer.
