We dispatch all items the same day as the order is received. Our delivery timetable is based on working days (Monday to Friday).

If you receive the item and need to return it just email us and we can arrange for you. If the item has been damaged in transit or has any missing parts we can either replace specific parts or replace the whole item or the item can be returned for a full refund.
