Great news, delivery to mainland UK is FREE. We endeavour to process your order super-fast and aim to dispatch your order the same day. Our delivery timetable is based on working days (Monday to Friday). Economy Delivery
Your order will be dispatched with either XDP or DPD depending on the size of your item. Economy delivery takes up to 10 working days to arrive and is a doorstep delivery service only.
Next Day Delivery - Small Items
Your order will be delivered the next working day if the order is completed before 9am, the item will be sent via DPD.
Next Day Delivery - Large Items
Your order will be delivered the next working day if the order is completed before 9 am, the item will be sent via Panther Logistics. Panther Logistics specialise in a 2-man service and will deliver the item.
Weekend Delivery
Your order will be delivered on the selected weekend date, the item will be sent via Panther Logistics. Panther Logistics specialise in a 2-man service and will deliver the item to a room of choice.
Please Note for deliveries to the Scottish Islands, N.Ireland and Channel Islands just select non mainland from the drop-down menu at checkout, there is a delivery fee typically for these services.
Returns
We have the utmost confidence in our products and are proud of our happy, loyal customer base. However, we understand that sometimes buying on the internet is tricky. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our simple, three-step return guide:

Not received
We use national couriers to deliver our products, even though we trust our couriers to deliver your parcel safely sometimes mistakes do happen. If you haven't received your delivery after the delivery window, please contact support@noaandnani.co.uk or contact our live chat and we can contact the courier for you.
If unfortunately, our couriers do lose your parcel we will ensure a replacement is sent out immediately. Very rarely a parcel may be marked as delivered and not actually arrive, if this does happen we will investigate this with the courier service and may request you sign a non-receipt form to confirm you haven't received the item. If you receive the item and need to return it just email us and we can arrange for you. If the item has been damaged in transit or has any missing parts we can either replace specific parts or replace the whole item or the item can be returned for a full refund.
