What is Reflex Foam?
Reflex foam is an innovative and pliable material that easily springs back into shape, like a 'reflex', hence the name. Constructed from a medium to firm, high-density polyurethane foam, the material is very similar to memory foam, but features larger bubbles. Imagine a balloon filled with water. When pressure is applied bubbles in the air do not escape, and instead is displaced 'sideways'. Once pressure is relieved, the bubbles spring back into shape and the balloon regains its shape, just like a reflex mattress. It's for this reason that the reflex foam is popular as an orthopaedic mattress, as it offers a firm yet comfortable feel. Malleable yet durable, the spongey material offers a 'bounce back' quality similar to memory foam, but without that sinking feeling. It is even used as a support layer in many memory foam mattresses.

Delivery
Great news, delivery to mainland UK is FREE. We endeavour to process your order super-fast and aim to dispatch your order the same day. Our delivery timetable is based on working days (Monday to Friday). We offer Free delivery to all Mainland UK, please bear in mind that deliveries to Scottish Highlands will take a little longer than normal deliveries
Economy Delivery
Your order will be dispatched with either XDP or DPD depending on the size of your item. Economy delivery takes up to 7-14 working days to arrive and is a doorstep delivery service only.
Next Day Delivery - Small Items
Your order will be delivered the next working day if the order is completed before 9am, the item will be sent via DPD.
Next Day Delivery - Large Items
Your order will be delivered the next working day if the order is completed before 9 am, the item will be sent via Panther Logistics. Panther Logistics specialise in a 2-man service and will deliver the item.
Weekend Delivery
Your order will be delivered on the selected weekend date, the item will be sent via Panther Logistics. Panther Logistics specialise in a 2-man service and will deliver the item to a room of choice.
Please Note for deliveries to the Scottish Islands, N.Ireland and Channel Islands just select non mainland from the drop-down menu at checkout, there is a delivery fee typically for these services.
Returns
We have the utmost confidence in our products and are proud of our happy, loyal customer base. However, we understand that sometimes buying on the internet is tricky. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow our simple, three-step return guide:
1: Check for any signs of damage before you accept and sign for the delivery.
2: Make sure you definitely want the item(s) before you assemble! Please also keep the original packaging in case you decide to return your purchase.
3: Drop us an email at support@noaandnani.co.uk to let us know you’d like to return your item(s) and we can take it from there.
Please note if the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect item purchased, customers, are liable for the return cost. All items come flat packed and required home assembly, retain all packaging until goods have been assembled in case of need to return. If goods need to be returned they need to be disassembled and packaged in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, then other suitable packaging must be used to ensure the goods are able to be collected.
Not received
We use national couriers to deliver our products, even though we trust our couriers to deliver your parcel safely sometimes mistakes do happen. If you haven't received your delivery after the delivery window, please contact support@noaandnani.co.uk or contact our live chat and we can contact the courier for you.
If unfortunately, our couriers do lose your parcel we will ensure a replacement is sent out immediately. Very rarely a parcel may be marked as delivered and not actually arrive, if this does happen we will investigate this with the courier service and may request you sign a non-receipt form to confirm you haven't received the item.
Please note goods not received need to be highlighted to us within 120 days. We are unable to investigate goods not received outside of the 120 day period.

We have great confidence in our products and have many happy buyers but we understand that sometimes buying on the internet is tricky and you may change your mind after purchasing the goods this is never a problem at Noa and Nani. Just email us at support@noaandnani.co.uk with a cancellation request and we will cancel the order and the delivery.
If you receive the item and need to return it just email us and we can arrange for you. If the item has been damaged in transit or has any missing parts we can either replace specific parts or replace the whole item or the item can be returned for a full refund.
