Your order will be dispatched with either XDP or DPD depending on the size of your item. Economy delivery takes up to 7-14 working days to arrive and is a doorstep delivery service only.

Please Note for deliveries to the Scottish Islands, N.Ireland and Channel Islands just select non mainland from the drop-down menu at checkout, there is a delivery fee typically for these services.
We have the utmost confidence in our products and are proud of our happy, loyal customer base. However, we understand that sometimes buying on the internet is tricky. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow our simple, three-step return guide:
1: Check for any signs of damage before you accept and sign for the delivery.
2: Make sure you definitely want the item(s) before you assemble! Please also keep the original packaging in case you decide to return your purchase.
3: Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you’d like to return your item(s) and we can take it from there.
Please note if the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect item purchased, customers, are liable for the return cost. All items come flat packed and required home assembly, retain all packaging until goods have been assembled in case of need to return. If goods need to be returned they need to be disassembled and packaged in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, then other suitable packaging must be used to ensure the goods are able to be collected.
We use national couriers to deliver our products, even though we trust our couriers to deliver your parcel safely sometimes mistakes do happen. If you haven't received your delivery after the delivery window, please contact email@example.com or contact our live chat and we can contact the courier for you.
If unfortunately, our couriers do lose your parcel we will ensure a replacement is sent out immediately. Very rarely a parcel may be marked as delivered and not actually arrive, if this does happen we will investigate this with the courier service and may request you sign a non-receipt form to confirm you haven't received the item.
Please note goods not received need to be highlighted to us within 120 days. We are unable to investigate goods not received outside of the 120 day period.
